Santa Maria Steak
A whole tri-tip, slowly roasted over mesquite, rubbed with secret seasonings, and sliced prior to serving for incomparable flavor and tenderness.
Chicken Milano
Tender halves of bone-in California chicken marinated in white wine, olive oil, garlic and rosemary, then slowly grilled over mesquite.
Texas Barbecue Baby Back Pork Ribs
Succulent ribs, smoked over an open fire, then bathed in a sweet and tangy sauce.
